Vegetable oil scallion cookies
Ingredients: 200g corn oil, 150g powdered sugar, 2 eggs (medium size), 50g chopped scallions, 400g low-flour, 3g salt.
Making process:
1 Wash the scallions, drain and cut into chopped scallions and set aside.
2 powdered sugar and salt add to corn oil, beat with an electric whisk until emulsified.
3Add the eggs and mix again with an electric mixer, do not over beat.
4 Add the scallions and mix well.
5Add the sifted low-flour.
6Mix well with a spatula until there is no dry powder.
7Use a medium eight-tooth laminating spout, with the spout in a laminating bag, and the bag in a large cup.
8 Batter into the laminating bag, baking pan lined with parchment paper, evenly squeezed in the baking pan. Oven 150 bake 28 minutes.
