2. Braised chicken soup with kelp:
Ingredients: half chicken, fresh kelp. Seasoning: salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, onion and ginger.
Practice: Wash and chop the chicken after eviscerating. Wash kelp and cut into diamond-shaped pieces. When the pot is on fire, add a proper amount of water, first add the chicken pieces.
