1. Material preparation: 3 kg of flour, 0.5 kg of sesame oil or butter (bovine bone marrow is the best, kidney pit oil is also acceptable), melon seeds 1 2, sesame seeds and walnut kernels (chopped) (one or two kinds may or may not be put).
2. Stir-fried noodles: put the flour into a wok and stir-fry with slow fire to evaporate the water. When the flour is fried into small bumps, pour it out of the wok and pour it on the noodle table. Crush it with a rolling pin, put it in the pot again and stir-fry it constantly with low fire to prevent burning. Stir-fry until golden brown, put it on the noodle table and roll it again. It would be better if there were reeds.
Third, processing accessories: heating sesame oil, frying melon seeds, fried sesame seeds and walnuts in an oil pan for later use. To use ox kidney pit oil or ox bone marrow, first put the two oils into a pot, heat them, boil them, and filter them before using them.
4. Powder mixing: put the cooled cooked noodles, auxiliary materials and sesame oil or butter on the noodle table and stir evenly to get the finished product.
The fried noodles are ready to eat. You can put sugar and salt according to your taste and living habits. It is best to use boiled water when washing your face. If the water temperature is low, it is easy to flush.
