Crab roe with cucumber
Information:
100 grams of watercress, 4 small pieces of ginger, 150 grams of shredded crab roe, 3 cucumbers, salt, monosodium glutamate (MSG), a little bit of pepper, sesame oil, black vinegar, 2 tbsp each.
How to make it:
Soak the water to soften the watercress, then drain;
Cut the cucumber and ginger into thin strips, and prepare the shredded crabmeat;
Mix all the ingredients with all the seasonings to complete the dish.
Tips: If you don't want to eat raw vegetables and cucumbers, you can boil them in boiling water for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then drain them and mix them with other ingredients.
