White Lingzhi is a medium-temperature mushroom cultivation and low-temperature mushroom production stimulation species, and the temperature from germination to mushroom production is gradually decreasing from high to low. According to its biological characteristics, the White Ling Mushroom is sown in the fall, and the mushrooms produced in the winter and spring are of high yield and good quality. It is more appropriate to start making cultivation bags in the fall (around September 1) when the temperature stabilizes below 30℃ or 40-50 days before the local average temperature drops to 13-18℃, and when the mycelium fills the bags when the temperature is cooling down in the fall, it is suitable for mushroom production. Early inoculation, high temperature, serious contamination of stray bacteria, but as long as the bag full of mycelium, low temperature can produce mushrooms. Late inoculation, low temperature, less stray bacteria, high success rate, but due to the low temperature, the strain can not complete the physiological maturity, resulting in a delay in mushroom production, to be physiologically mature, the temperature has been high, is no longer suitable for mushroom production, resulting in failure of cultivation, so in the appropriate temperature period should be inoculated as soon as possible.
Because the white mushroom is native to the Weifang beach at the foot of the Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang, it is now more uniformly named according to the morphology of the mushroom as follows: funnel-shaped, long-stalked "Tianshan No. 1" (Fig. 4-44), which does not require a post-ripening period to produce mushrooms; palm-shaped, short-stalked "Tianshan No. 2" (Fig. 4-46), which requires a certain period of time to produce mushrooms; and palm-shaped, short-stalked "Tianshan No. 2" (Fig. 4-47), which requires a certain period of time to produce mushrooms. The palm-shaped mushroom with a short shank is called "Tien Shan No. 2", which requires a certain period of after-ripening to produce mushrooms, and the horseshoe-shaped mushroom with a short, thick shank is called "Tien Shan No. 3". Generally speaking, column-shaped mushrooms are more productive and produce mushrooms earlier than palm-shaped ones, but the market price of palm-shaped mushrooms is higher. Cultivators should choose different varieties according to their own needs, and at the same time, pay attention to the following points when introducing seeds: ① introduce seeds to regular units; ② find out what kind of mushroom shape; ③ ask whether mushroom experiments have been carried out; ④ understand the biological characteristics of the varieties and the precautions to be taken in cultivation; ⑤ don't buy low-quality strains in order to be cheaper. It is necessary to operate strictly according to the mushroom production procedures to ensure the excellent traits of the strains.
