Ingredients
5 egg yolks, 180 grams of low-gluten flour, 80 grams of butter, 60 grams of fine sugar, and a little salt
Method
1. After the butter is softened at room temperature, beat it with a whisk, then add fine sugar and beat with a whisk until the color is slightly white and the volume increases.
2. Add five egg yolks several times. Beat thoroughly each time until the egg yolks and butter are combined before adding the next.
3. Add salt and stir evenly.

5.
