Step 1: Prepare gloves and knives.
Durian shell is thick and prickly, so be sure to find a thick glove. Don't look at its skin thickness, just find a knife around 10 cm. If the blade is curved, so much the better.
Step 2: Insert a knife.
Insert the knife into the top of durian with one hand, and the depth is within several centimeters. Hold durian tightly with the other hand to make sure it doesn't shake from side to side.
Step 3: Peel durian.
Hold the hand of the knife and pry it left and right. If durian is ripe, it will burst automatically with a little force. If it doesn't explode, it's better to wait a few days.
Step 4: Break it off by hand.
Put your finger into the hole that has been peeled with a knife, and the durian will become 4 or 5 petals. You can eat it by peeling the meat directly.
