Ingredients: 80g flour, 5g baking powder (self-raising flour can also be used instead), 4 eggs, 60ml sugar, 80g oil and a little juice.
First, the yolk is separated from the egg white. Mix flour and baking powder well. After mixing the flour and baking powder, pour it into the egg yolk mixture and stir well. Be careful not to have pimples, otherwise it will be raw.
Then I started to beat the egg whites. It is estimated that many people don't have egg beaters, so I decided to sacrifice another one and beat eggs manually to see what happened.
If you don't have an egg beater, you can use 5 chopsticks. Beat them together for a while, and you will see some bubbles. Add 40 grams of sugar, or add sugar twice, and continue to beat.
Until the foam of the protein is initiated, and it is fine. Then, add the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture for 2 to 3 times, stir well once, and then add them again. (Fruit juice can be added according to personal preference)
After mixing completely and evenly. Prepare a clean pressure cooker. There is no water in it. Fill it with oil, not too much, as long as it can cover the whole bottom of the pot.
Pour the fully mixed slurry into a container.
Then cover the lid, turn to medium heat, bake for about 3-4 minutes, and then turn to low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Don't open it in a hurry, wait 10 minutes, and let the cake be fully heated inside. Just go out of the pot.
Note: remember not to add the pressure limiting raft, or it will become a cake, and it is very dangerous. Just a delicious cake like this.
