1. Blanch the beef brisket, cut the onion into chunks, chop the carrot into chunks, and cut the celery into pieces.
2. Add water to the pot, add the beef brisket, add all the dry spices except onions, carrots, celery, and moderate amount of cooking wine, and simmer for about 90 minutes.

8. Finally, add a small spoonful of peanut butter and mix well to serve.
