Ingredients: 250g beef.
Accessories: Cumin powder, starch, half onion, garlic, shredded ginger, dried pepper, lettuce and chopped green onion.
Steps:
1 Wash the beef, slice it, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce and cooking wine, mix well, then add appropriate amount of water starch and mix well, and leave it for a few minutes. If you want to pull oil, put less salt and don't make it salty.
2. Wash the onions and shred them for later use.
3. Wash the lettuce and lay it on the bottom of the dish.
4. This step is very important. Add oil to the wok, heat until the oil smokes slightly, add beef and oil until it is cut off, and immediately remove it for use. Pay attention to the oil temperature when pulling oil. If the oil temperature is too high, the beef will become firewood.
5. Add a little oil to the wok, heat it, add garlic, shredded ginger and dried pepper to saute until fragrant, add onion, season, stir-fry until soft, add beef, cooked sesame seeds, appropriate amount of cumin powder and chopped green onion, stir-fry for a few times until fragrant, and then serve.
