Ingredients
1 piece of mullet roe, 20 ml of 52% white wine, 1 section of green onion, half a small white radish
Steps
1 , Carefully tear off the fascia of the mullet roe
2. Brush both sides with white wine
3. Repeat 2-3 times and let dry naturally
4. Mullet roe Cut into 2 cm wide strips, cut green onions into sections, and cut white radish into equal sizes
5. Use bamboo skewers to string them alternately, and brush a hot pan with a layer of oil
6. Add the skewered mullet roe and fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes over medium-low heat until golden.
