1. Use chopsticks to separate the razor clam from the bottom of the basin. Because the razor clam is always in the middle of the basin, the spit sand directly sinks to the bottom, and the water sucked in by the razor clam hanging in the middle is clean, so ~ ~ ~
2. Ask the boss for some sea salt when buying razor clams, and dissolve it in clear water to create the taste of sea water. Then put two chopsticks that are not used very often in the basin, in order to prevent the small basket from sinking to the bottom. Finally, put the leaky basket full of razor clam on it and soak it, and then drop a few drops of sesame oil. After 2-3 hours, you will see a lot of dirty things at the bottom of the basin.
3. Wash the razor clam with light salt water repeatedly for several times, and then wash the dirty things on the shell and control the moisture.
