Braised pork practice
Braised pork is a classic Chinese dish, and I like to cook it. Select fat and thin pork belly, stir-fry the fat, add seasoning and simmer until cooked, and finally collect juice and stir-fry. Making requires patience and care, but when you see family and friends tasting delicious food, all the hard work is worth it.
