1, Dahongpao
Dahongpao is tightly knotted in shape, and its color is green, brown and fresh. After brewing, the soup color is orange, yellow and bright, and the leaves are red and green. The typical leaves have the aesthetic feeling of green leaves and red edges.
There are two types of Dahongpao, one is the Dahongpao made by blending, and the tea maker makes Dahongpao have the characteristics of changeable aroma, mellow and soft soup by perfectly matching different teas. The other is pure Dahongpao, which is propagated from the mother tree Dahongpao. This kind of tea largely retains the characteristics of the mother tree Dahongpao.
2. Narcissus
Narcissus strips are fat and strong, with dark green and bright color, the main pulse width of the leaf base is flat and obvious, the fragrance is long and fragrant like orchid flowers, the taste is thick and mellow, the aftertaste is sweet and refreshing, the soup color is dark orange yellow or golden yellow, the leaf bottom is soft and bright, the vermilion edge is obvious, and it is resistant to brewing, so it is known as "alcohol but narcissus".
In narcissus, there are concepts of old clump and high clump. Laocong refers to the tea tree with a tree age of more than 60 years. Laocong Narcissus has outstanding quality and a cool feeling. The tea soup is mellow, thick and smooth, with delicate fragrance and resistance to soaking. Daffodils refer to tea trees that are 30-60 years old. The overall taste is more tender than that of the old cluster, and the indicators in all aspects are slightly inferior to those of the old cluster narcissus.
3. Cinnamon
Cinnamon strips are compact, fragrant, sharp and like cinnamon. The taste is mellow, refreshing and irritating. The soup color is orange to golden, transparent, and the green leaves at the bottom of the leaves are bright and soft.
With the progress and improvement of cinnamon technology, different aromas appear. There are three common types of fragrance: cinnamon, floral and fruity. Cinnamon is famous for its flamboyant and domineering quality. Cinnamon with good quality has high aroma, mellow taste and resistance to brewing.
4. Name cluster
Mingcong, a variety group selected by a single plant in the sexual group of Wuyi vegetable tea, is characterized by its variety and complexity, and each tea has its own pattern characteristics. The top ten famous clusters in Wuyi are: Dahongpao, Arhat, Baijiguan, Water Scarab, Bantian Demon, Bai Mudan, Jingui, Golden Key and Beidou. Compared with narcissus and cinnamon, the output of famous clusters is pitiful.
5. Odd species
The exotic species is a local vegetable tea in Wuyishan, and its complexity is more than that of the famous cluster. Vegetable tea belongs to the shrub-type middle leaf category, but there are many varieties. Most of the hundreds of tea tree varieties recorded in the history of Wuyi tea are this kind of tea.
Strange species have been planted for a long time, and many of them don't know their names for a long time. In addition, sexual reproduction is easy to be influenced by other plants, which makes them more mysterious. The color, fragrance and taste of exotic species are similar to those of famous species.
