Ingredients: pig heart 1, lotus seed 60g, radix Pseudostellariae 30g, round meat 15g.
Exercise:
(1) Wash pig heart, lotus seed (heart removed), Pseudostellaria heterophylla and round meat.
(2) Put all the ingredients in a pot, add a proper amount of water, boil with strong fire, and simmer for 2 hours (or take lotus seeds as the degree) to taste. Forgetfulness, etc. It can also be used for neurasthenia due to spleen deficiency and weak qi, insomnia and palpitation.
2. Lotus seed pig heart porridge:

Exercise:
