Original hollow mochi
Ingredients:
100g mochi premix, 20g butter, 20g milk, 1 egg,
5g fried black sesame seeds (will be more fragrant!)
Method:
1. Heat butter over water to melt, add milk and eggs and stir evenly.
2. Pour in the mochi pre-mixed powder in small amounts and several times, stir until there is no dry powder, add some black sesame seeds, and work hard to knead into a smooth dough (wear gloves to prevent sticking!)
3. Divide the dumplings into equal portions and let them rest for a while. Bake them in the air fryer at 165℃ for 20 minutes (turn them over in the middle)! Take out the pot
