Ingredients: dried figs: 200g adzuki beans: 100g black corn: 2 peanut kernels: 150g water: 6 bowls 3-4 servings
Methods
1. Wash the adzuki beans and peanuts, and soak them in water for 1 hour;
2. Rinse the black corn, and cut into small pieces;
3. Wash figs and set aside;
4. Put figs, black corn, adzuki beans and peanut kernels into a pot, pour in 6 bowls of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and boil for one and a half hours, then drink; or add a spoonful of honey after the soup cools down to below 80 degrees Celsius and then savor it.
