1. Put the flour and eggs together in a bowl and gently stir with chopsticks. Add warm water bit by bit and open the flour. Wash cucumber and cabbage and cut into filaments. Add it into the batter together with shrimp skin, leek powder, salt, white pepper and oil, and stir evenly to make the original fabric of the garden vegetable cake.
2. While the oven is preheating, spread a layer of butter paper on the baking tray of Dongling electric oven, and spread the raw materials of garden cakes on the surface in a round shape with a thickness of about 0.5cm.
3. Confirm that the temperature adjustment knob of Dongling electric oven is at "220 degrees", the function knob is at "heating up and down tubes", and the time knob is turned to 10. Put the baking tray filled with cloth into the oven cavity, and close the glass door of the oven to bake.
4. 10 minutes later, take out the baking tray and put the baked garden cake into the tray, and serve.
Exercise 2:
1. Add boiling water and eggs to the flour, and slowly stir into batter with an egg beater. The batter has the best consistency when the eggbeater can be pulled up and slowly dropped.
2. Add vegetables and salt into the batter and mix well.
3. Put oil in a hot pan, scoop out the batter with a spoon, and fry on medium heat until both sides are golden.
