In the first step, pour the freshly boiled hot water into the hand brew coffee pot and let it sit for 2-3 minutes to bring the water temperature down to 91 - 94 degrees Celsius.
The second step is to grind 21 grams of coffee beans into coffee powder. You can adjust the degree of grinding of the coffee powder according to your personal taste, the finer the coffee powder, the stronger the flavor of the coffee.
The third step is to place a cup underneath the coffee filter and put a piece of filter paper in the filter cup. Pour hot water into the filter paper to wet it completely. When the water in the filter paper is retained, pour the water out.
The fourth step is to pour the ground coffee into the wet filter paper, then start the timer and slowly pour the water into the ground coffee in a spiral from the outside to the inside, taking care that the water flow should be small, so that the ground coffee can be completely soaked, and then stop pouring the water after 15 seconds. This step is known as the coffee bloom.
Step 5: At 30 seconds, start the second pour, this time from the inside out, and stop at 50 seconds.
Step 6: At 1 minute, pour again, stopping at 1 minute 20 seconds.
Step 7: Pour again at 1 minute 30 seconds, this time with the right amount of water.
Complete the above steps, wait until the coffee is completely filtered into the filter cup, a cup of hand brewed coffee is completed. The above steps can be adjusted according to your own practice process and the use of different coffee beans. Enjoy your cup of coffee.
