First, stewed fish eggs:
Ingredients: carp seeds, eggs, green pepper rings, chopped green onion, cooking wine, salt, pepper, oil and soy sauce.

1, carp seeds are washed and drained;

Ingredients: fresh fish roe and bright red pepper.
Accessories: ginger, onion, garlic, chives, sugar, salt, yellow wine, soy sauce, vinegar and broth.
Exercise:
1. Wash and dry roe, mix well with appropriate amount of yellow wine and a little salt, and marinate for 5 minutes;
4. Slice ginger, shred onion, slice garlic, mince chives, and slice peppers by 2mm.
