Ingredients
50 grams of pickled cabbage, 0.5 ducks, appropriate amount of green onion, appropriate amount of ginger, 1 aniseed, 0.5 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp chicken essence, 0.5 tsp sugar

1. Remove the internal organs from the duck, wash it with water and chop it into pieces; cut the sauerkraut into thin strips; cut the green onion into sections and the ginger into cubes;
2 . Make water in the pot, put the pickled cabbage into the pot with cold water; add onions, ginger, and aniseed;
3. After the water boils, add the duck and cook; after the pot boils, add salt and a little sugar to reduce the heat. Simmer for 40 minutes
