Species of Fungi
Introduction
Fungi are a lower class of plants that are part of the fungi; however, they are not a natural group in fungal taxonomy. The vast majority of them belong to the class Ascomycetes and a few to the class Ascomycetes. People have recognized about 8,000 kinds of fungi, of which poisonous fungi, in our country has found more than 80 kinds. Fungus distribution is very wide, year-round growth, and the most exuberant in summer and fall. Like in the woodland, grassy slopes, fields, corners of the ground and other moist places, or rotten wood and dung piles on a single, scattered, groups or clusters[1] .
The fungus is composed of two parts, mycelium and substrate, the mycelium is the nutritive organ and the substrate is the reproductive organ. The mycelium germinates from mature spores. Mycelium is multicellular with transverse septum, elongated by apical growth, white, slender, woolly, and gradually become filamentous. The mycelium is interspersed with each other to form a dense group called mycelium. After mycelium decay, the thick brown culture material becomes light brown. The substrate of the fungus resembles a small open umbrella at maturity.
