Prepare some edible alcohol and cotton swabs before cutting peppers. After cutting, dip a cotton swab in alcohol, then apply it to the spicy part of your hand, and then wash it with water.
2. Edible vinegar
Pepper contains capsaicin, also known as capsaicin. The acidity of vinegar neutralizes capsaicin, which can alleviate the spicy phenomenon, but remember to use only a small amount of vinegar.
Step 3 wash your hands with hot water
If there is no alcohol or vinegar, wash your hands with some hot water immediately. However, it should be noted that flowing water must be used, because capsaicin will evaporate rapidly at high temperature. Although the effect is not as obvious as that of alcohol and vinegar, it is much better than washing hands with cold water.
