In short, if you want something, it's nonsense, and if you don't want anything, it's still nonsense. But what can we do?
What I said above is still the same, so I have to make it clear. If you really want to rest your mind, you just need to study in the gap. People have a heart, but they can't stop thinking, and thinking can only stop and can't go out. The past has passed, and when they read about the future, they have a clear understanding. What is silent and brainless is the gap. At that moment, there was not only nothing wrong, but also nothing wrong to rest, no heart to care about, and no gap to bear. No matter how long his time is, as long as it is continuous and dense, he often feels this way, not ignorant as a stone, nor chaotic as an ape. When I was sitting quietly, my distractions rose and fell. I just ignored it. When I ignored it, I stopped at the same time. When I reached that gap, I let him rise and fall 10 thousand times. I just did it. It doesn't make any sense to care about right or wrong. Sit for an hour every day, don't interrupt, sit quietly, don't be happy, don't sit fidgety, and don't worry. After a long time, you will become independent, and the effect is self-evident.
First, life
