Moxa leaves cannot remove acne on the face, so do not use it indiscriminately.
Effects of mugwort leaves: warming menstruation and stopping bleeding, dispelling cold and relieving pain; external use to remove dampness and relieve itching.
Indications: Used for vomiting blood, epistaxis, metrorrhagia, menorrhagia, fetal bleeding, cold and painful lower abdomen, cold irregular menstruation, cold uterine infertility; external treatment of skin itching. Vinegar moxa charcoal warms menstruation and stops bleeding, and is used for bleeding caused by deficiency and cold.
Processing method:
1. Mugwort leaves: remove impurities and stems, and sift out ash.
2. Vinegar mugwort charcoal: Take the clean mugwort leaves, put them in a pot, heat them with strong fire, fry until the surface is burnt black, spray vinegar, fry them dry, take them out and cool them thoroughly. For every 100kg of mugwort leaves, use 15kg of vinegar. The finished product is burnt black irregular fragments with thin strip-shaped petioles visible and has a vinegar aroma.
Contraindications: This product has warm and dry properties, and should be used with caution in patients with yin deficiency and blood heat. It is slightly poisonous and should not be taken in excess.
