The making method of zongzi is as follows: firstly, handle zongzi rope, cook and wash zongzi leaves and zongzi shreds, then cut off both ends of zongzi leaves, tear zongzi shreds into appropriate length and thickness, then wash glutinous rice, swell up, add plain oil, then start wrapping zongzi, fold zongzi leaves into a funnel shape, then put them into glutinous rice until the funnel is full, and finally fold the remaining zongzi leaves and tie them with zongzi rope.
