Ingredients: 300g of ribs, 30g of dried bean curd and 30g of dried lettuce. 2 cloves of garlic and 1 slice of ginger.
Seasoning: Chili sauce 1 tablespoon, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, cinnamon 1 slice, 2 fragrant leaves and 2 star anise.
Practice: 1. Soak dried vegetables in warm water in advance, wash and drain for later use;
2. Add water to the pot to boil;
3. After the water is boiled, blanch the ribs;
4. After blanching, wash off the floating foam on the ribs for later use;
5. Pour the water out of the pot, then dry it, put a little oil, add ginger slices and garlic slices after the oil is hot and fragrant;
6. Add Chili sauce and stir-fry evenly on low heat;
7. Add ribs and stir well;
8. Add dried vegetables and stir fry evenly again;
9, add water without vegetables, pour soy sauce;
10. Add star anise, cinnamon bark and fragrant leaves, cover the lid, bring to a boil with high fire, stew for about 40 minutes with low fire, open the pot and collect the juice with high fire.
