1. First take out two pieces of gelatin tablets (5g each), break them into several pieces (easy to put in a bowl), put them in a bowl, and add cold boiled water until they are soft.
2. Cancel 80 ~ 90g of melted biscuits, put them in a microwave oven bag, and roll them with a rolling pin until they are harmless. The finer the biscuits, the better, so that the filtering step can be omitted.
3. Put 30g butter in the microwave oven and stir until it melts. Immediately after cooling, put the biscuit crumbs into the oven and stir well.
4. Because there is no detachable mold, oil paper is put on the stainless steel basin instead. For the sake of beauty, it is best to use a detachable mold with a detachable bottom (4 inches or 6 inches, and the cake made of 4 inches is taller and thicker). My stainless steel basin is 8 inches, so it is relatively thin.
5. Spread digestive biscuits crumbs mixed with butter on the bottom of the mold, and be sure to compact it. Put it in the refrigerator for more than half an hour.
6. Filter the soaked gelatin tablet to remove water, add 150ml fresh milk, put it in water and heat it until the gelatin tablet is completely dissolved, add 20g white sugar to completely dissolve it, and take it out and cool it.
7.200ml whipped cream is high-speed and textured, and it is lifted in a triangle. It can't be sent too hard or not in place. If the stainless steel basin is knocked over, the cream will not fall off.
8. Filter the cooled mixed milk, pour it into the whipped cream basin, and then stir it, and it will soon be mixed into a semi-solid and semi-liquid state (mousse liquid) with a certain hardness.
9. Take out the basin covered with digestive biscuits crumbs from the refrigerator, pour in the mixed mousse solution, smooth it, pat it a few times, discharge bubbles, and continue to put it in the refrigerator for 2 ~ 4 hours. I only refrigerated it for 2 hours and it took shape. The longer the time, the better the taste and the less sweet the taste. If you like sweet things, you can add more sugar.
10. The surface is not smooth, mainly because my mold is too big, so it is thin, but the section is smooth and delicate, and the taste is good.
1 1. It wasn't long before it was eaten, and there was a small piece left! Buy a movable bottom die and make a better one!
skill
1. Mousse liquid can be added with some fruit particles, such as mango and strawberry, which will enrich the taste.
If you add cocoa powder to milk, you can make chocolate Mu Si.
