Hangzhou Longjing, Huangshan Mao Feng, Dongting Biluochun, Lushan Yunwu, Xinyang Maojian, Emei Zhuyeqing, Luan Guapian, Guzhu Purple Bamboo Shoots, Jiangshan Green Peony, Taiping Monkey Kui, Gold Award Huiming, Laozhu Dafang, Enshi Yulu, mengding ganlu, Jianchun Tea, Xiuning Songmeng, etc. all belong to the category of green tea.
Green tea is made from fresh leaves picked by high-temperature enzyme deactivation, which kills various oxidases, keeps the green color of tea leaves, and then is kneaded and dried. Clear soup green leaves are the same characteristics of green tea quality.

According to the different ways of enzyme fixation and drying, it can be divided into:
A, steamed green tea
Green tea made by steaming is called steamed green tea. Its quality features are "three greens", that is, the color of dry tea is green, the color of soup is green, the leaves are bright green, and Qing Xiang tastes mellow.
B, stir-fried green tea

According to a recent report in Japan's Yomiuri Shimbun, a lecturer from the Department of Medicine of Tohoku University in Japan found through clinical investigation that people who drink more than two cups of green tea a day are much less likely to develop Alzheimer's disease such as recognition dysfunction than those who drink less than three cups of green tea a week.
From July to August, 2003, the research team of Lishan made a survey on the living habits of 1000 men and women aged 70 to 96 in Sendai, and then tested their cognitive functions such as memory and graphic depiction.
The results showed that those who drank more than 2 cups of green tea a day were less likely to suffer from recognition disorder than those who drank less than 3 cups, and there was no big difference between those who drank two or three cups a day and those who drank more than 4 cups. In this regard, the research team believes that you can see the effect by drinking 2 cups a day. Li Shan, a lecturer, said that in the future, a survey of people who don't drink green tea abroad will be conducted to continue the research.
Green tea can purify blood vessels and prevent stroke and heart disease.
What effect does green tea have on arteriosclerosis, the root cause of heart disease? The production team did the experiment themselves. Make men who smoke drink green tea four times a day for two weeks. Comparing the blood samples before and after the experiment, it was found that Oxidized-LDL, a risk factor of arteriosclerosis, decreased, and the cell attachments such as SP-selection, which caused the initial reaction of arteriosclerosis, also decreased.
Oxidized-LDL (oxidized low-density cholesterol), an important risk factor of arteriosclerosis, and cell attachments such as SP-selection, which caused the initial reaction of arteriosclerosis, also decreased.
The higher these values, the easier it is to get oil droplets on the blood vessel wall, and the end of a blood vessel called thrombus is easy to fall off. Thrombosis flows in blood vessels, which will cause a stroke when it blocks the cerebral vessels. Everyone knows that smoking is easy to cause thrombosis and arteriosclerosis, and green tea has the effect of preventing this thrombosis and arteriosclerosis.
The production team visited Dr. Takeshima from Osaka City Hospital in Japan. He observed the effect of green tea on blood circulation. It turns out that people who drink green tea have smoother blood circulation than those who drink coffee, just like removing rust from rusty water pipes, water will flow more smoothly.
Coffee does not have this effect because it does not contain catechins, the essence of green tea. Catechin, a powerful antioxidant, not only has anti-cancer effect, but also can inhibit vascular aging, thus purifying blood. Green tea contains about 15% catechin, and the antioxidant capacity of catechin is 40~ 100 times that of vitamin C.
