2 king oyster mushrooms
2 salted egg yolks
An appropriate amount of salt
An appropriate amount of oil
A little starch
Wash the king oyster mushrooms, cut them into pieces and set aside.
Pour a little more oil into the pot, add the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry until lightly browned and golden, then add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly, take it out and set aside.
Crush the salted egg yolk evenly with a spoon. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat it up, add the crushed salted egg yolk, stir-fry until it becomes a paste, then add the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry.
Tips
1. I use the salted egg yolk peeled from the whole salted duck egg (if you buy the salted egg yolk in a bag, it may not be easy to crush). The egg yolks will stick together before frying in oil, but they will turn into a paste after frying in oil for a while. Don't worry, it's very simple.
2. After the king oyster mushrooms are fried, sprinkle some starch and stir evenly. This may help the salted egg yolk stick to the king oyster mushroom~
