2. Handling bananas

3. Heat and bake
Heat a pan over low heat, then add some butter to the pan and spread it well. Turn off the heat, lay the banana slices flat in the pan, then turn on low heat and heat slowly. Caution! Never turn on the heat, or else the banana slices will be easily battered and browned.
We have to flip the banana slices frequently so that they are heated evenly on both sides. Once one side is browned, turn it over and continue frying. You can also turn off the heat after baking for a while and use the residual heat of the pan to continue baking the banana slices to prevent overheating! The finished product is golden brown in color and very attractive! Let the banana slices rest and cool, so that they will have a crispy texture!
Tips:
