Framework columns:

c. The height of columns of frame columns shall be calculated from the height between the upper surface of the column base and the top of the column.

d. precast concrete columns according to the design of the dimensions shown in the volume calculation, without deduction of the volume occupied by reinforcing bars in the member, pre-buried iron parts, dependent on the bull's-eye of the column, and into the corresponding volume of the column body calculation.
