1. 100ml light milk (you can choose three-flower light milk, black-and-white light milk, condensed milk or milk according to your preference).
2.5g black tea (2-3 bags of tea)
3.20 grams of sugar (you can add more if you like sweet)
4. 400 ml of water
Equipment:
1. Boiling pot
2. Sieve (you don't need to prepare a sieve to make tea with tea bags)
Exercise:
1. Boil 400 ml of water, add black tea, cook on high fire for 2 minutes, and then keep the water temperature low for 8 minutes.
2. Boiled black tea, pour it out and filter it, and pull it back to teh tarik for 3 times to remove the astringency of the tea.
4. Add 20g sugar and 100ml light milk, and then stir (ice cubes can be added if you like frozen drinks).
