How long to cook ribs
Ribs cooked on high heat for 15 minutes will generally be cooked, but should be subject to specific circumstances. Cooking ribs is a common dish, its cooking time and its own size, fire, pot performance and so on has a lot to do with the specific time need to prevail in reality. If it is a larger ribs, with a common pot, high heat cooking 15 minutes is not necessarily cooked. If you increase the time to about 30 minutes, the ribs will be basically cooked. For smaller ribs, use a regular pot and cook on high heat for 15 minutes to cook them. Smaller ribs require a relatively shorter cooking time. For smaller ribs, use a pressure cooker and cook on high heat for 15 minutes to cook. The ribs can be braised in a pressure cooker or in a regular casserole dish. Then, the pressure cooker is about 15 minutes, and the regular non-stick pot will take more than half an hour.
