Steps of dried radish and pickles in Northeast China:
1. Soak the pickled dried radish in warm water for a while, and then take it out after it becomes soft. Squeeze the water a little for later use.
2. Wash apples and pears, peel and core them, and put them into a cooking machine to break or chop them for later use.
3. Put apples, pears, ginger juice, garlic paste, pepper powder, sugar and Chili powder into the dried radish, mix well and put them into a glass container or a small jar.
4. After sealing the container, it can be stored at room temperature for three days, and then stored in the freezer. Just take as much as you eat every day.
