Chen Guang (1905— 1954) was born in 1905 in February. 1927 65438+joined the China * * * production party in February. 1928 65438+ 10 participated in the southern Hunan uprising. After joining forces with Jinggangshan, Chen Guang was appointed as the company commander of Company 3 of 29th Regiment 1 Battalion, and participated in a series of battles to defend Jinggangshan base area. 1February, 930, he risked his life to rescue Lin Biao, the leader of the column, in the battle between Shuinan and Shouxia. Later, he served as the head of the 30th regiment of the Red Fourth Front Army 10 Division, the chief of staff of the Red 10 Division, the commander of the Red 10 Division, the commander of the first division of the International Division and the second division of the Red Army Corps. He fought in Jinggangshan and the Central Soviet Area for 7 years, and led his troops to participate in fierce battles against "encirclement and suppression". Chen Guang's former residence was built in the late Qing Dynasty, with blue walls and two-story brick structure. 1995 was destroyed by the flood and never recovered. Now residential buildings have been built in this area.
