Ingredients: half of raw chicken, appropriate amount of ginger, and a handful of green onions.
Steps:
1. Prepare materials.
2. Cut the chicken into medium-sized chicken pieces, add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp cooking wine, 1 tsp cooking oil and minced ginger, mix well and marinate.
3. Wash and cut the green onions into sections.
4. Take 1 small spoonful of cornstarch, half a spoonful of light soy sauce, and half a bowl of water, mix well and make a bowl of juice. Set aside.
5. Heat oil in a pot and saute ginger slices until fragrant.
6. Pour in the chicken pieces, do not stir them for a while, and cook over high heat until one side is slightly burnt, then turn the pan and stir-fry.
7. Sprinkle in green onions and stir-fry.
