1.Wash sauerkraut and soak it in water for a while.
2. Squeeze the water out of the sauerkraut and cut into big pieces.
3. Cut the pork into large pieces.
4. Cut ginger, garlic. Prepare peel, rock sugar, and a small piece of cinnamon.
5. Cold oil under the rock sugar, low heat to melt the sugar.
6. Add the pork and stir-fry with ginger, garlic, orange peel and cinnamon.
7. Stir-fry until the surface of the pork is yellow, turn off the heat, add a little soy sauce and turn well.
8. Spread the sauerkraut on the bottom of the pressure cooker.
9. Place the pork on top of the sauerkraut.
10. Add a little rice wine.
11. Add half a bowl of water.
12. Sprinkle in some thirteen spices. Turn on the heat and cook for 10 minutes after it comes to the top.
13. Finally add salt to taste.
