What does the pickle jar mean?
A container for pickling vegetables. Usually made of ceramics or plastics, the bottom of the pickle jar is covered with pebbles or sandstone, on which cut vegetables and seasonings are placed, and then appropriate amount of salt and water are added to make the vegetables ferment and pickle in salt water. Pickle jars usually need to be placed in a ventilated and dry place, and properly stirred and supplemented to ensure the quality and taste of pickles.
