Vinegar method
Take vinegar out of your mouth, rinse your mouth with it, but don't spit it out. Put it in your mouth for 2 ~ 3 minutes, then brush it with a toothbrush, and finally rinse your mouth with warm water. Or when brushing your teeth, drop two drops of vinegar on the toothpaste to brush your teeth, and stick to it for a while to remove tartar.
(2) Brush brown sugar method
First, put a proper amount of brown sugar into the mouth for about 15 minutes, so that the whole teeth are soaked in the sugar solution, then brush them repeatedly with a hard toothbrush for 2-3 minutes, and then brush them with light salt water for 1 ~ 2 minutes, every morning and evening 1 time, for a total of 1 week.
(3) Alum brushing method
50 grams of alum is ground into powder and brushed twice a day with a toothbrush to remove yellow tartar.
(4) cuttlefish bone brush method.
Take 50 grams of cuttlefish bone, grind it into fine powder, mix it into toothpaste, and brush your teeth twice a day to remove black tartar.
All of the above are simple ways to remove tartar. As long as the teeth are kept free of tartar, it is impossible to form tartar. Once the tartar is formed, the effect of the above method is very small, so you can only ask the dentist to scrape it off with instruments. This is a time-consuming and incomplete method, and it will also hurt teeth. In recent years, laser dental scaler has been used to remove tartar, and the effect is good.
