1, materials: silver fungus (1 two), Snow Pear (1), red dates (15), rock sugar (8 tablespoons), wolfberry (8).

2, silver ear soaked in water for 1 hour, when it soaks open, cut off the tip, blanch in boiling water and drain, then tear into small pieces.
