Practice:
1, peeled and sliced wax gourd, and marinated lean meat slices with pepper, salt, 1 spoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons starch and appropriate amount of water for a while;
2. Boil the wax gourd in water and cook for about 8 minutes. After the wax gourd is cooked, add the sliced meat and cook for 1-2 minutes. Season with salted chicken essence and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
