Preparing materials
200 grams of pork ribs, 80 grams of white radish, 80 grams of carrot, 80 grams of burdock, 20 grams of okra, 30 grams of yellow pepper, 30 grams of fresh shiitake mushrooms, 40 grams of edible fungus, 15 grams of white fruits, 3 grams of salt, and 5 milliliters of white vinegar
Starting
Wash all the ingredients. Cut okra into pieces; cut fungus into small pieces; cut yellow bell pepper into small pieces; cut shiitake mushrooms into pieces; peel white radish, carrot and burdock and cut into pieces; cut pork ribs into pieces.
Fill a pot with water, add the ribs, boil over high heat, and cook for 3 minutes.
In a separate saucepan, add the ribs, carrots, and fungus, drizzle in the white vinegar, cover, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add white radish, burdock and shiitake mushrooms, cover and cook for another 20 minutes.
Add yellow bell peppers, okra, and white fruits and cook for 5 minutes.
Toss in salt and serve.
