Papaya, also known as papaya, is also called "the four famous fruits in Lingnan" with litchi, banana and pineapple. Papaya originated in Central America and is widely planted in tropical and subtropical regions. Papaya has been introduced and cultivated in China for more than 300 years. Its producing areas are mainly distributed in Shandong, Henan, Shaanxi, Anhui, Jiangsu, Hubei, Sichuan, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Guangdong, Guangxi and other provinces, and its output is increasing at an annual rate of 4%.
Common method of shredding green papaya: cold papaya shredding, the steps are as follows:
Ingredients: green papaya, green lemon, garlic, coriander, sugar, salt and olive oil.
1. Add a little salt to the garlic paste, as shown in the figure below.
