A few green and red peppers, washed and cut into small pieces. A potato, peeled and sliced, rinsed and drained.
Heat the oil in a hot pan. First, put the green and red pepper slices in and stir-fry until soft, then put the potato slices in and stir-fry.
Add seasoning: salt, sugar and vinegar, and quickly stir-fry the potato chips to taste.
2. Braised potatoes
Ingredients preparation: a piece of fresh meat, fat and thin separately cut into small pieces. Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces, rinse and drain. Two green peppers, washed and cut into small pieces.

3. Fried potatoes with loofah
A towel gourd, peeled, washed and cut into pieces. One potato, peeled and sliced, rinsed several times and drained.
Heat the oil in a hot pot. First, put the loofah in and stir-fry until it becomes soft.
Then put the potato chips into the pot, add salt and soy sauce, and stir fry quickly and evenly.
