How to cook braised stinky mandarin fish
1. The first step: cut with a flower knife, in order to better absorb the flavor and increase the appearance.
2. Step 2: Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan, fry the fish until golden brown on both sides, remove from the pan and set aside!
3. Step 3: Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, garlic, ginger, winter bamboo shoots, minced meat and other auxiliary condiments to stir-fry the marinade!
4. Step 4: Put the fish back into the pot, and use a shovel to pour the marinade on the fish until the juice is reduced!
5. Step 5: Take the fish out of the pot, place it on a plate, pour the marinade on it, and sprinkle with chopped green onion (someone in Xiaoer’s family doesn’t eat green onions, so use garlic leaves instead)
