Prepare the ingredients: dried tea tree mushrooms soaked, minus some of the roots, each tea tree mushroom from the bottom torn into a few, mung bean sprouts washed and controlled dry.

Pour oil in a hot pan, add chopped scallions and saute.

Pour in the tea tree mushrooms and stir-fry for about 20 seconds.

Pour in the mung bean sprouts and stir-fry over high heat.

Stir-fry until the mung bean sprouts begin to soften slightly, then add salt and a few drops of soy sauce.

Stir-fry for another 5 seconds or so and serve.
