Che Gao is the common name of Maren sugar, is a kind of Xinjiang South Xinjiang Uygur people using traditional characteristics of the process, the choice of walnut kernels, corn syrup, raisins, grape juice, sesame seeds, rosehips, Batan apricot, jujube and other raw materials boiled into the national specialty foods. It is also called "Chegao" because it is usually sold with a knife to cut off small pieces from a large piece of Maren sugar.
