Specific steps
First step
1 gluten two, from the center of the cut off, soaked in warm water and drained.
2 Sesame peppers soaked in warm water to bring out the sesame flavor.
3The gluten is cut into 2-3CM small sections.
4 Tear the gluten with your hands along the grain of the gluten (see picture).
5Put the torn gluten into a large container, add chili oil, pepper juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and a little chicken essence to marinate for half an hour.
6After the gluten is marinated, add cooking oil to a frying pan and heat to 70%, add the marinated gluten and stir-fry.
7When the gluten stir-fry until no moisture, add a tablespoon of Lao Gan Ma black bean sauce and stir-fry evenly.
8To the gluten flavor, fried flavor, turn off the heat and sprinkle black and white sesame seeds mixed, out of the pot, serving plate.
