1. Take the frozen yogurt starter out of the refrigerator and disinfect the container of the yogurt machine with boiling water.
2. Pour a small amount of pure milk into the container, then pour the whole package of yogurt starter into the container and stir evenly with a spoon or chopsticks. Pour the remaining pure milk into the container, and stir it evenly again with a spoon or chopsticks.
3. Cover the container and put it into the yogurt machine. When cooking in winter, warm water can be added to cover the yogurt machine.
Plug in the plug and the yogurt machine will start to work. The microcomputer yogurt machine needs to set fermentation time (please refer to the instruction manual for details). Fermented yogurt condenses into "tofu flower" shape and can be eaten at about 40℃. In summer, when put in the refrigerator, yogurt has pure fragrance and excellent taste.

1. When using the yogurt machine for the first time, you should clean it first, scald it with boiling water and disinfect it to ensure that there are no germs in the yogurt making process. However, it should be noted that disinfectant should not be used for disinfection, because if disinfectant is not cleaned, it will kill lactic acid bacteria and affect fermentation.
2. Before use, check whether the voltage is consistent, whether the power cord is damaged and whether the power plug is in good contact.
3. The yogurt machine should be placed correctly. Don't put it too close to flammable materials, and it is best not to be close to water sources.
4. During the operation of yogurt machine, don't plug and unplug the power plug with wet hands, otherwise electric shock will affect personal health.
